The Entrepreneurial Hub

The Entrepreneurial Hub program, spearheaded by Legacy Lives Here (LLH), is a comprehensive initiative designed to

empower students aged 13 to 18 in Broward County, Florida. The Entrepreneurial Hub (EH) at Legacy Lives Here (LLH) is a 3-month program designed  as a means of providing the tools and education needed to prevent youth from the criminal justice system.  LLH team of diverse expertise will provide the youth with soft and professional skills, leadership development, financial literacy, business mentoring and branding.  After the completion of the program, the youth will have a business plan, registered business in Sunbiz, a financial blueprint, business logo and website. Graduates from the EH program will gain to the teen’s mastermind at the LLH Rise Up Wealth Summit in April of 2024.

The program aims to equip these young individuals with the necessary tools, education, and support to cultivate entrepreneurship skills and prevent their involvement in the criminal justice system.

Who? 

The Entrepreneurial Hub program primarily targets students aged 13 to 18 attending schools in Broward County,

Florida. LLH has extensive experience working with this specific population, having previously implemented successful

youth empowerment programs in the region. Our team of experts is well-equipped to understand the unique challenges

faced by these students and tailor the program accordingly.

What?

 The program's primary goal is to provide participating students with a comprehensive set of skills and resources

to embark on entrepreneurial ventures and make informed financial decisions. Through a structured 3-month

curriculum, LLH will offer the following services to a cohort of 10 students weekly for 12 weeks:

Entrepreneurship Education: 

Participants will receive specialized training in entrepreneurship, including market

research, business planning, product development, and customer engagement. The curriculum will be designedto foster innovation, critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  Financial Literacy:

 LLH recognizes the importance of financial literacy in the entrepreneurial journey. Students

will receive comprehensive lessons on personal finance, budgeting, saving, investing, and responsible financial management. This knowledge will enable them to make informed financial decisions as they embark on their

entrepreneurial endeavors.

Mentorship and Guidance: 

Each student will be paired with a dedicated mentor from LL's team of experienced professionals. Mentors will provide one-on-one guidance, support, and expertise throughout the program,

offering insights into business development, networking opportunities, and guidance in overcoming challenges.

Business Planning and Execution: 

Participants will develop a comprehensive business plan that outlines their venture's goals, strategies, target market, financial projections, and marketing plans. LLH will provide guidance

and support in the creation of these plans, ensuring they are well-positioned for success.

Legal and Branding Support: 

LLH will assist students in registering their businesses in Sunbiz, ensuring

compliance with legal requirements. Additionally, the program will provide support in branding, logo design,

and creating a professional online presence through website development.

Where? 

The Entrepreneurial Hub program will be implemented in Broward County, Florida, specifically targeting schools

in the region. LLH will collaborate with partner schools to refer students to the program and provide a conducive

learning environment for the participating students at a legal partner’s location.

When? 

The program will be conducted over a 3-month duration, with weekly sessions during a specific start and end

date to be determined based on the academic calendar and logistical considerations. LLH will work closely with partner

schools to finalize the program's schedule and ensure maximum participation and engagement from the students.
