I am Milton Craig Spence, III, and I am a husband and father first and entrepreneur second. I have decided that in my life it is time to not only pursue my dreams, but to extend my legacy to my children. I hail from the great state of Georgia with a preacher as my father, and the love and grace of my mother. I was brought up to work hard, to have integrity, and most of all to keep my faith in God. So, throughout my life that is what I have done, work with a spirit of excellence.
Coming through my time in high school, graduating from Albany State University with a bachelors in Psychology, and with a Master of Arts in Pastoral Psychology. I grasped onto what purpose is, why I must love it and live it out in this life. I realized that what I am meant to do, is not meant for me, but for others. In this I decided through a vision to create Well-Rounded Consulting, a full service Coaching and Consulting agency, where we take people and businesses to their next levels. We focus on the purpose of the person and business, in order to be sure we either keep them on track or get them on track. What we've come to find is that purpose alignment, is essentially profitable due to the affect and effect on the person or business, and everyone else involved.
As a speaker, I have traveled the United States digitally and physically speaking at conferences, and elementary schools on what it takes to impact this world in the way you are meant to. Not chasing after the ways of others, but only going for what you are meant to. Through self-discovery, and paying attention to your inner-being, you are able to connect with who and what you are on earth. My message is clear, I want people to operate in faith, and operate with full confidence within themselves. Breaking down walls, destroying barriers, and killing negativity within yourself first, so you be the light that is needed in this world.
We're looking for a few talented and passionate volunteer board members to strengthen our nonprofit organization. If you have a heart for helping families with financial literacy and entrepreneurship empowerment - then contact us.
